C. Approval of Minutes

Motion to accept December minutes by R. Spirito, seconded by B. Bowles, moved by majority with 1 opposed.

Swearing in of New Members

New and old Board members were sworn in by Roderick Williams, Corporation Counsel.

Note as per Board member George E. Carter: all future correspondence of CRB should reflect George E. Carter as oppose to George Carter.

E. Internal Affairs Report

Lieutenant Anthony Duff stated 100-11-c is reopened. 8 completed C cases are ready for review. There are 2 completed I cases.

The move by IA to 200 Orange Street is pending. The following evening hours are available for CRB to read cases: 1st Tuesdays and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. Please call ahead of time to inform department if panel members will be coming in and which cases to be read.

There are 25 new general orders completed. General order #15, 16 are in regard to CRB. There was further discussion of open and closed cases.

F. Coordinator's In-Service Training for all CRB Members.

Bylaws moved to February's meeting.
